This Data Policy explains how Bevona Trade Ltd collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Bevona Trade platform. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Data We Collect
- Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, government ID number
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number, residential address
- Financial Data: Bank account details, payment card details (masked), deposit/withdrawal records
- Trading Data: Open positions, order history, account balance, margin utilisation
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, OS version, app version, session data
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the app
- KYC Documents: Passport/ID scans, proof of address documents
2. How We Collect Data
- Directly from you during registration, KYC, and use of the Platform
- Automatically via cookies, device identifiers, and app analytics
- From third-party identity verification and KYC service providers
- From payment processors when you make deposits or withdrawals
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance: To operate your trading account and execute your orders
- Legal obligation: To comply with AML, KYC, and UAE financial regulations
- Legitimate interests: To improve our services, detect fraud, and maintain security

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the following periods:
- Account and KYC data: 5 years after account closure (regulatory requirement)
- Transaction records: 7 years (UAE AML regulations)
- Technical and usage data: 12 months
- Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent or 2 years of inactivity
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. The Bevona Trade app uses device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
